Preparation: Brew tea, cool, mix with lemon juice, honey, and mint. Serve over ice.

Ingredients: Butterfly Blue Pea Tea, mixed berries, a hint of agave syrup, sparkling water, ice.

C. ternatea is also referred to as the butterfly pea, blue pea, aprajita, Cordofan pea, or Asian pigeonwings, and is commonly found throughout South East Asia. The bright blue petals from the flowers of the butterfly-pea plant have been used as an ingredient in herbal tea, caffeine-free, or tisane. How to Make

1. Pour 1 cup of water into your kettle and bring it to a boil.

2. Turn off the heat and add 1 teaspoon of tea. Now, cover your kettle so that the steam doesn’t escape. Steep for 8-10 minutes.

3. Strain your tea properly and enjoy the warm cup.

To make an ICED tea, add 5-6 cubes into your cup and stir well.
