1. Vitamin C:

Vitamin C helps to produce collagen and while improving skin's elasticity. Vitamin C can also help to delay premature aging while restoring a youthful skin. It also helps to smooth appearance to the skin.

2. Vitamin E:

Vitamin E is a great anti-oxidant which protect cell from damage throughout your body. Vitamin E prevents dryness and itchiness. A lot of cosmetic products have Vitamin E in them which hydrates the skin while locking the moisture.

3. Iron & Zinc:

Iron and Zinc give a magical glow to the skin and while keeping it healthy-looking. It also helps to delay aging and keep the skin spot-less. This will brighten your skin and restore its glowing complexion.  

4. Vitamin D:

Deficiency of Vitamin D can cause dullness and aging. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with the risk of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Often called the 'sunshine vitamin', vitamin D plays an integral role in skin protection and rejuvenation. In its active form as calcitriol, vitamin D contributes to skin cell growth.
