Payment and Delivery Policy
Packaging and Delivery:
All item packaging follow strict SOPs to ensure no damage and perfect condition upon delivery.
After placing an order, you will receive your order details and a confirmation message on WhatsApp or SMS. After confirmation, your order is dispatched within 2 business days and delivered in 2 to 5 working days of shipping. The total amount of delivery charges will vary based on weight and number of items in the order.
Due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather conditions, strikes, any emergencies or National holidays or out of stock products there might be delay in deliveries. We inform all customers regarding any delays via SMS or WhatsApp.
Order will be cancelled after 3 days if we do not get any confirmation from the customer.
We mainly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services but if requested, customers can also make pre-payment via Online Bank Transfer.
