Very disappointed with The Nature’s Store. I ordered ashwagandha root powder and found tiny bugs crawling inside it. Honestly, this is disgusting and really concerning because this is something people consume, trusting that it’s clean and safe.

I contacted them, sent pictures and a video, and even offered to return the other packet unopened so they could check it themselves, as long as they covered the delivery charges. But instead of taking my concern seriously, they told me that complaints have to be made within 7 days of delivery.

Seriously, bugs in a product people consume, and that’s the response? What about quality control and people’s health? I understand having policies, but when it comes to something like this, I expected them to show some responsibility and at least investigate the issue.

People spend their hard-earned money trusting these businesses. We shouldn’t have to worry about what we might find crawling inside a product we’re supposed to consume. The way they handled this has completely disappointed me, and I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from them again. Please take product quality and customers’ health seriously.
