Return Policy

Returns Policy:

  1. If the item received by you is damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of the delivery, please WhatsApp or Call on our helpline (0321-8006808) or email us at thenaturesstore@gmail.comwithin 2 Days of the Delivery Date. You would be required to share the following details with us:
  • Order ID
  • Complete Name
  1. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products (including beauty and health care), we do not accept returns if the item has been opened, used, or in case of buyers change of mind.
  2. Milk or Water "Active Kefir Grains" can stay for 7 days in the delivery. The customer has to make half pre-payment for the Kefir. If the customer do not receive the parcel then "No amount" will be refunded from the brand. 

 

Conditions of Returns:

  1. The product seal must be unopened and the original brand packaging must be intact. Any boxes / stickers should not be removed.
  2. The original flyer / box of the item must be used for return purposes. It should be properly packed so the item is delivered safely. If it gets damaged while returning to us, we would QC first if the product was properly packed or not. Nature's Store or Courier Service will take no responsibility of the damaged item if it was not properly packed. 
  3. Food products are NOT Returnable.
  4. Once the product reaches us, we will quality check it to ensure our terms. If found in violation of any of the conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request. If the product is in the good state, we will re-dispatch the item within 3 working days.
  5. Upon rejection of the return request, the item will be shipped back, failure to receive it will result in item being sent to scrap. Shipping charges will be taken in advance from the customer.

 

Valid reasons to return an item:

  1. Product Packaging is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
  2. Incorrect product was delivered (Some other product was delivered than the one actually ordered).
  3. In case of a slightly leaked product (due to improper packaging or mishandling by courier team), case to case will vary. Please contact us in such a case. 

 

Method of returning an item:

  1. Take a picture of the item(s) that is/are damaged or faulty and needs to be returned.
  2. E-mail the pictures along with details and reasons at thenaturesstore@gmail.com to initiate a return request or WhatsApp at 0321-8006808.
  3. If the request is found valid, we will request you to ship the item back to us and give you a full refund in terms of a voucher code of the same amount which can later be used to purchase anything on the website. Or                 We will send a new parcel as a replacement.
  4. Shipping charges rule:
  • If the wrong/damaged/incorrect/incomplete/defective product was sent by the brand then the delivery charges will be born by the brand for dispatching it. However, the customer will bear the delivery charges for sending the item.          

     

     NOTE: The return policy is subject to change and that we reserve the right to modify the policy at any time.

     

     SOP for Customer Returns Packaging

    In Case of Wrong Item Delivered:

    * Do not open the product.
    * Use the original packaging for re-packing the returned item. This helps ensure the product is protected as originally intended.
    * Make sure to tape it properly so that the packaging does not open during the transit.

    In Case of Food Item:

    * Wrap the product in protective material such as bubble wrap, foam, or newspaper to cushion it during transit.
    * Make sure to tape it properly so that the packaging does not open during the transit.

    "Customers are responsible for ensuring that their returns are packaged properly according to these guidelines.
    Any damage resulting from improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer."

    Note: Once the item is packed properly, kindly send it us via courier at our address.

    - Replacement parcel will be booked, once the product is returned item is recieved by the brand.
