4. Pour in the remaining hot water or milk (for a tea/latte). For Iced Matcha Latte, add chilled milk.

1. Heat milk mixture
In a saucepan, warm milk, 1 cup cream, sugar, and salt over medium heat (don’t boil).

2. Mix egg yolks

4. Make custard
